How do I add mods to video games on the computer.?

I have a game called The Movies and would like too add new features too it through mods so could someone please explain to me on how you add mods to video games on the computer.

Just download the mod then you may have to extract the file if it is in zip format using a program like Win ace, Win zip, Win rar etc. then copy and paste the file into the main folder for the game. It should be called "main" if not you may have to look around for it. Some mods will come with a "Read me file" that will tell you how to do it and what folder it will go into. So that is another thing to look for.
