Wait, no. Is it related to the speed your going or the rpms? Try to see if you can notice it while going fast WITHOUT hard acceleration. It may just be the wind.

Restrictive air filter, check to see if it is dirty. Or loose ducts between the filter and the engine. Engines don't produce vacuum under full throttle.

sounds like a vacumn leak to me.. need to snoop around the motor and check allyour hoses..
