The best place to find would be going to your local hot topic, I've seen them selling Naruto replica jackets as well as other anime clothing. Or you can buy it online at http://www.hottopic.com
you could also try this site: http://www.animecornerstore.com/animeapparrel.html it has some anime apparel.
The other suggestion I would have is going to your local anime store, or local anime convention when they have one. Anime conventions often have alot of anime apparel, cosplay outfits and other clothing to buy and some anime stores carry apparel as well.
