I like football because of the strategy involved. Offensive play calls vs. defensive schemes. Can a cover 2 defense foil a flea-flicker play? Is it smarter to work a yard or two out of the end-zone or just take the safety and free kick the ball?
Mostly my love of football comes from comaradrie on the field of play with my friends, and before that sharing it with my dad and siblings from a very young age.
I get that there people in this world who don't see what I see when 22 men line up on opposite sides of a ball, and I respect that they don't give a flip who goes to the Superbowl any given year. Still, for 20 weeks (24 counting preseason) out of a year I get football, and that makes me happy. There are worse things than finding happiness in a sport.

I think football is Fun with a capital F! There is alot of drama, tension, suspense, action...etc. etc. Football is like a really Good action movie, with underdogs and unexpected twists!

inorder to be interested you have to have knowledge of the game, the more you watch it the better it is but if you know nothing about it then it'll suck. it's a game of physical strength, endurance, and strategy, i love it, but i understand it too so that helps
