Yes, although the fallopian tubes are tied, the ovaries do not know that and continue to produce eggs. When the uterus does not receive an egg to be fertilised it sheds all the food it had stored up for the expected pregnancy, as not needed, hence the woman gets her normal period.

My mom does and her tubes have been tied for a little over 20 yrs. I believe the only time that a woman stops getting her period is when they have a hysterectomy! When a woman has tubes tied it basically doesn't let the sperm fertilize! But, periods are more of a hormonal thing!

Yes - The tubes they tie are the tFallopian ubes that let the eggs pass to the uterous. It typcailly has not impact on a women's period which is regulated by hormones.

i can only let you know of my friend had to have her tubes tyed because she had and ectopic pregnancy had she still has periods hope this helps if you just type in your question it will let you know of other people in situation as you .

Yes! women do but some women like myself their periods seem to only come two or three days instend of six to seven.

Yes. Your ovaries still work, it's just the egg doesn't
travel into the uterus. So the cycles still remain as
the uterus still discharges it's monthly flow.
