personally chess because it take more knowlegde and skill to win and achieve the object of the game..it can be long though

I would have to choose online checkers as it's a fairly quick game were as chess takes longer and more thought needed.

Chess is for clever people ,draughts (checkers) is for special needs people.

My husband spends hours on online chess, he doesn't play checkers (draughts in the UK!) but he loves online chess.

not necessarily because it's better than checkers but offline, it's easier for someone to cheat in chess.
