I want to buy used Ford Fiesta 1.1.
It is about 10 years old and I don't know what compression ratio is not bad ?

It depends on the size of the gerbels running around in the motor cage! very underpowered regardless.

Gauges vary a lot. The important thing is that all the cylinders are close. You need to test with a good battery charger attached and all the plugs out. The highest cylinder shouldn't be more that 10% higher pressure than the lowest.
145psi is very high and 5psi difference is too low a threshhold.

Going by the manual it states 13-16 Bar or 130-160 kpa get them checked if they are within these specs and no more than 5 to 10 kpa between them the engine should be ok . note that if they are towards the 160 reading the better . good luck.
