I wanna buy a dell computer and got the option between a monitor XGA ore a SXGA truelif. What does the truelife stands for exactly and what would u guys advise me to buy??

XGA represents a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, which is pretty good. SXGA is a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels, which is even better. I recommend SXGA.

As far as "Truelife" is concerned, that's probably a trademark that Dell uses to promote its displays. It might refer to the glossy screen surface, which gives the picture better contrast and a nicer overall look. The most important thing is higher resolution, and SXGA gives you that.
