it depends on the age. someone in their teens or older will take around 5 mins. Younger kids about 15.

Well when I was in hockey, as a kid it took 15-20 minutes. Now that I am in the older leagues, I can put my gear on in 5-10 minutes. This includes all my gear except my skates.

Without the distraction of team mates, especially if you are in Adult Rec Hockey or Old Timer's Hockey, where the comments, one-liners and practical jokes abound, it should average about 8 to 10 minutes. In dressing rooms with these other characters, it can take about 30 minutes or more - it's hard to get everything on the right way when you are either doubled over in laughter or even better, participating in the hijinx...

I've been playing hockey for many years (I'm 38), and I've found that it takes me less time to get ready now than when I was younger. Still, on average it takes me about 10-15 minutes. I should note that it also depends on the size of the locker room. The more room I have, I'm able to get dressed and un-dressed quciker.

It depends. Is the person rushing or going at a normal pace. I can get my pads on in five minutes without talking but if i talk it will take me 15- 20 minutes.

Anywhere from 10-20 minutes. For the challenged, like yourself, likely 4 days.
