Should I trade Evgeni Malkin to recieve Patrick Elias

That depends on what else you're getting with Elias. I wouldn't take this trade straight up - Elias has gone without a goal in 10 games heading into last night's action according to fantasydope.com:

If I were you, I would consider trying to acquire Elias since his value right now is artificially low - but Malkin is way too high a price to pay especially since Malkin and Crosby are frequently on the same line.

Malkin has 52 pts in 44 games, Elias has 45 pts in 49 games. Do not trade.
