It sounds like it is. It says that it is, but the browser will not work (this page cannot be displayed).

as long as you got all the lights that should be on... it means that modem is still working.. even if you got some blinking lights.. doesnt mean that there's something wrong with the modem. .. it might be because of the server or the computer.
try turning off your modem as well as your computer for 10-15 secs.. then turn on the modem first.. wait from dsl/broadband/system light to be on.. then turn on your computer. if it didnt work.. call your ISP.. it might be with the server..

THERE SHOULD B 4 GREEN SOLID LIGHTS (NOT BLINKING OR RD) IF THEY R RED OR BLINKING GREEN TURN OFF UR MODEM AND BACK ON AND IT SHOULD WORK
