wow!! Hard to advice! So you are not sure he is gay or not? first make sure about it! and then just do things that can tell I like you but with actions not with words.
If he likes you! wow! He must be deeply inlove, for the sake of just going to eat the same food just to get the chance to see you!

well, if i were u, i'd ask him to hang out, like going to an art gallery and then to have a coffee at ur place or an intimate one...so u can talk to him privately. let him know u r gay and u will respect him of coz.

Have one of your girlfriends come to the Restaraunt and talk with him, find out the scoop for you. Not necessarily tell him that you like him but that she was wondering if he is dating anyone in particular. Maybe she can start out by telling him that he looks familiar and that she thinks he is dating one of her male friends. It would help if your girlfriend spoke spanish as well.
