No- you should not be wearing tampons if you are not on your period as it is can lead to infection including TSS. There is no reason to wear them if you are not on your period.

no. if you're spotting between periods you can use panty liners and you should probably contact your gynocologist. not to scare you... but it's better safe than sorry.
i think it's best if you check out a site dedicated to giving young people advice on understanding how their body works. unfortunately, yahoo answers will probably just be a bunch of goofballs giving you bad advice because they think it's funny (which it's not).

NO NEVER wear tampons in between periods!!!! tampons are only should be worn when your having periods not in between them!!!!!

Being a guy (according to your avatar), I can't imagine that you'd even HAVE a period.
But to answer the question, NO. Tampons should NEVER be used if one is not menstruating. To do so would leave one open to such infections as PID and TSS, among others.

Why would you wear them between periods, try wearing them when your on your period. You don't need them between.

Your a DUDE so why are you even asking? Heck NO! Tampons aren't safe even if you are on your period. It's safe to use pads even though they are uncomfortable at times.
