First in any respect, i'm no longer a physician. So, my first suggestion is you ought to circulate to work out your physician to get the solutions. Secondly, for the reason which you do no longer consume breakfast and circulate to coach basketball, the acid on your abdomen (which mandatory to digest foodstuff) now assaults your empty abdomen. To be greater precise, the acid attack the partitions of your abdomen. this is why you felt very undesirable (as you wrote.) No, i do no longer think of that's a abdomen flu, via fact whether that's, you have the two vomitting or diarrhea, or each and every so often the two. No, I dont' think of a sugar candy could reason a abdomen soreness, different than you have already got...ulcer! definite, i do no longer want to scare you, yet once you maintain doing a similar way as you wrote, the possibility of being ulcer is a risk. yet another risk is your abdomen (or intestines) could have some forms of bacteria. yet do no longer hassle too lots! communicate on your physician and in maximum situations, there are a number of remedies for the tummy's issues. sturdy success!

You may need some acidopholis. It is found in some yogurts and will put the needed bacteria back into your stomach. Ginger tea is also excellent. Buy fresh ginger, cut a six inch piece in slices and add three cups of water. Bring to a boil and then turn down heat and simmer for 30 minutes. You can sweeten with honey. Do the yogurt first and good luck.

Ginger ale or ginger tea. I also eat mashed potatoes when my stomach's upset (no, I'm not joking) and it does wonders. I also find if the muscles in my stomach are aching that a heating pad works better than anything you could eat.
