live in the uk? How do you find it?
I live in the UK and i really like it, i have lived here for 11 years now and would near go back due to my lovely boys and hubby no other reason.
I do miss the place.

Yeah.
I'm from Durban and here I'm in Manchester.
There are good things about both countries (SA & UK), and there are bad things about both too. The bottom line is, a dry slice of bread from your own home is better swallowed than a buttered one from somebody else's home.
I miss Durban.

From Durban but currently based in China, will be returning home for a few weeks, been away for 1 yr and have missed home like mad can't wait to touch down at Durban International this Saturday.

from joies and more recently the cape....
the uk has been cool so far ...(5 months now ) apart from having 2 winters in a row and a wee altercation with a chav type in a pub.
hey lifes what you make it anywhere....
my boss showed me pics of the centre of johannesburg and yeoville (sorta my old stompin grouds) and itbroke my heart..a right mess (i had been living in cape town since oct 2000)
