I want to be a wrestler...how can this happen?

Is there a wrestling school i can go to after high school?

I want to be on wwe someday...maybe smackdown

I don't think i can make it to college though... :(

I really want to be a wrestler though, i have many creative ideas for my career

You need to have complete dedication to your career. Hulk Hogan shared a van with Brutus Beefcake for a year, before they made enough money to even afford an apartment. If you have dedication, then there are wrestling schools all over the country. Most are owned by former or current wrestlers. Lance Storm has one in Canada. Shawn Micheals has one in Texas. Bob "Hardcore" Holly has one in Mobile, AL. You should look up one close to you, apply and train, train, train. Look for local promoters and try out for them. Any experience in front of a crowd helps. After you improve, you should apply to Deep South Wrestling in Georgia or Ohio Valley Wrestling in Louisville. These are WWE's developmental areas. From there you can continue to train and WWE will pull up to one of the brands if you are good enough.

First, how tall and how much do you weigh?

Second, develop a move that is spectacular!

Third, make sure you have a personality and try to sell yourself.

Fourth, try to reach James Bolin at OVW, many of the stars of WWE developed there (John Cena being one of them).

Fifth, start working out. Wrestlers that are build and have big biceps are easier to sell.

Sixth, be prepared to work a lot, it is a hard business but if you have a talent no one else has, you will develop much more quickly.

There are many wrestling Schols that you can go to after highschool!! the thing is that you have to have enough money for all of that!! =] if you have a wrestling schoopl that you want to go to from your home town then thats good. but if you want to travel around to get the best traingin..... like im gonna do youll have to spend tons of money!! lol thats y im saving up right know!! im 15!! youll have to have at least 3 years of professional training experiance. then you can try out for WWE if they are intrested in you then they will send you to there training vamp OWV!! then when they think yer ready youll make your debut!! good luck!! =] im gonna become a WWE DIVA some day!! i have my whole thing planned out!! ill see you someday!! or youll see me! lol

You can find a college that has a wrestling team or you can join a private club. USA Wrestling and AAU Wrestling might be a good starting place if you choose the club. You can find on line directories for clubs in your area. Note, I am not talking about WWF wrestling.....I am talking about the sport. Good Luck.

Pro-wrestler or Olympic Style? For pro-wrestling, you have to find a local circuit of amateur wrestlers and start there. Work on your act, your image, your connections, and then work your way up to bigger venues. For Olympic Style, I'd talk to your gym teacher or look for colleges with a wrestling program.

Depends on where you live. I recommend the HBK school in san antonio.

well it depends on where you live and your district. i heard theres some good wrestling school in new york, chicago, and missouri.
