A PDA with WiFi will. And there is no charge on your wireless bill.

I did it for awhile with Verizon on a palm PC sort of device. While it was great, for what it was - handy, fun, good for website development testing, instant access everywhere, and all that, it turned out to be expensive as heck! If yer a rich sort of person and can affort the $ though, Verizon's purdy good and the Samsung i730 is a nifty little phone with its slide-in keyboard and pretty large screen.

For just plain ol' email an LG xv8300 is pretty well recommended (service at about $5 per month...)

No, you cellphone is already a wireless technology and if it has Bluetooth, it can transfer information to and from your computer anyway.

Yes, if you have Bluetooth, there are charges that will be on your cellhphone bill (check the price with your cellphone service provider)

:O Have a wonderfully nice and special day!
