Well, My turtle is about 2 years old and for the past 2 weeks he has been stuck on his back and can't get back onto his belly. I dont know what to do to help him. I am afriad that if he is on his back for to much longer he is going to die. So how can i help my turtle to turn back over? I've tried everything from peanut butter to a tire iron. And im still not getting anywhere.

When I fall and am on my back it helps if someone gives me a cane. I would try to give him a walking cane. He can use it to stabilize himself. If that don't work try a walker. Or you can install a wheel on his back or stabilizer bars on his shell. They would act like wheelie bars on a drag racer. I hope my suggestions help. Good luck with your turtle.

well how big is it? cant you just pick it up and put it back down? maybe you should take it to the vets if its been like that for 2 weeks. or if the tank is dirty or not the right temperature? x

well first, of course flip him back over. if he keeps doing this, he might be sick so a vet is the best solution. Do you mean flip over in the water though?

Are you sure he didn't fall into a puddle of superglue? If that's the case, I'm afraid there's nothing else you can do for him but make him comfortable.
