Maybe the "democratic" Iraqian solution for mass muderers would work in this case too..

You should impeach him before the 600 something days until reelection arrives...why? because the outside world doesn't know the complex intertwined relationships between democrats or republicans...all they can see is what's on the surface...that the american people voted him into the office and apathetically still let's him stay in office till this day..
-bush is a representative of the american people.
-unlike saddam who is a dictator who absolutely makes his own calls.
like i said the global community only perceives bush as representing the voice of the american people..so um...this is like last chance to prove to the world what the old american values are all about....the period after ww2 leading up unto the Regan/ Clinton administration.
seriously..you don't know what the future will bring..when this Generation Z of kids who 've experienced growing up in this war and looks back into history the choices made...

Give the current plan a chance. It seems that it may be working. Sadr is less antagonistic than before, and the Iraqis (with US support) had a MAJOR victory against terrorists today.
If we retreat, more of our children (including MINOR children!) will end up being killed, than if we continue.
(I'm amazed at the igorance of some people answering, who think Bush will be running for President again. Due to term limits in effect since the 1950s, he can't.)

Nothing. Just give him a chance. He finally has taken the shackles off the troops and let them fight. I have been over there twice, and the rules of engagement are so PC it is not funny. We are fighting an enemy that truly wants the USA under there rule. One World, One Islam. Look what happened to Daniel Pearl, the military contractors hanging from a bridge, did we forget them? 9/11 did not happen? Bush and Blair stood up to the evil that is around us. Look at today, the terrorists were heading in buses to kill as many Shite as possible and they were stopped and battle erupted 200 dead, O US. Let Bushes plan work, give it and my brothers over there a chance.

Just vote his Republican supporters out of office.
As to Bush, he retires soon... since this is his last term per the Constitution... Unless he violates the U.S. Constitution... which he has no problem doing.

What I don't understand is why he waited so long to send more troops into Iraq. The Presidency and the Legistlative branch were under the control of the Republicans until this year. Only now he's sending in reinforcements? Are we sending enough now or will he be asking for more later on? He's great at talking about fighting the fight, but why so slow on sending in more troops?

As some people has mentioned why did he "shackle" our troops to start off?

Give him a job on Saturday Night Live in January of 2008. If he is just himself the laughs will roll.

I don't like the way he's done his job so far, but I think now that he has taken the shackles off our military, his plan may work. We owe it to our troops over there and the ones going to give it a chance.

Why don't we send Bush's kids--and Cheney's daughter--to Iraq? Better yet--send them (with LARGE nametags). :)
