Definitely lower than what it is now, however it is hard to tell how much it will be lower buy. They will probably put offers on it too such as free games when you buy it. They will lower it tho due to the playstation 3 being released and Microsoft are not going to want to lose anymore sales and will have to compete agianst them and nintendo WII

it will cost the same if enough number of people buy for the xbox 360 for $250 or something

It might drop $10 or $20 because it wouold take years for it to get out of business. For instance the PS2 hasnt lost its popularity and its been years.
