the first thought that comes to mind is that someone wants to get intimate with you but there are other meanings to it depending on the context in which it is used. It could mean that you are worrying about stuff so much that you are preventing yourself from reaching a particular goal or somewhere along those lines. Could also mean that you are too uptight, you need to relax or you take yourself too serious.

an intelligent meanin:
the person does not want u to think about the responsibilities of u action and the consequence both u and that person would hav 2 face in the end. so thing.
