If that's all you're both looking for with no strings attached, then i personally can't see anything wrong with it. I mean as long as neither of you are with anyone or are still hung up on the other, then why not! At least you know them, which is def better than jumping into bed with a complete stranger isn't it. After all you're bound to have an enjoyable experience because you'll know how to get each other going. Hope this helps you decide what to do and if you do i hope you have a good time.

I'm lucky, as I have both an xbf and an xgf, but my luck stops there as they are both several years older than when we were an item in both cases. It doesn't stop me thinking about it though!

all sex is good sex
there are two xgf's I would not want to meet up with again - 1 clingy and 1 who turned into a bit of a bunny boiler - but i would be happy to have sex with some of the others

It really depends on how your previous relationship ended, how mature about it you both are, and what both of your goals are in having sex together.

I know quite a few people that dated and were sexually active with one another and then broke up. Later, they became genuine friends, and after that, friends "with benefits". But they both knew and agreed that the reasons for having sex were to scratch a physical itch, and not a romantic one.

So, it really is up to the two or you. If you both are going into it for the right reasons, and both keep your head on straight, then it can be a great thing.

But odds are against it.

It's all circumstantial. If both can separate the physical from the emotional, then go for it. If there are any leftover emotions, it's not such a great idea.

Although I must say I'd nail my ex-bf in a heartbeat (he's totally my type, just an a$$hole) even though I still care about him.

How's THAT for hypocritical?! LMAO

Not a big deal, sex is sex and as long as both parties are mature to realize that then it is just plain fun. However, if the parties are too immature and bring emotion into play then it will be tough.

I think it's a really bad idea, unless you are getting back together.

It sends the wrong message to the other person, and can confuse and emotionally hurt the both of you.

Personally, I recommend against it.

If you want it, you want it.

The main thing is, that you are both free to have sex.
It would be wrong if you were hurting someone else.

If not, why not enjoy each other!

I wouldn't mind if he was an ex boyfriend, I always stay on good terms...

Bad idea. Especially if either of you still holds a flame for the other. Make a clean break. Is pointless heartache.
