Does anyone know WHEN and WHERE the minimum pay increase will happen? and if so, how much??

Congress has to approve an increase in the minimum wage and then the President has to sign it. So far neither of those things has happened. Congress has proposed raising it to over $7/hr. Typically that is phased in over a couple of years.

When Congress and our President finish listening to the companies crying about how this small raise will put them out of business.

It usually happens once a year in / or around January. But each state is different. Try a google search (minimum wage _insert your state_)
