usually i start with something along the lines of b, but depending on my mood or their attitude , i go to c, then quickly to E. or turn away from them and pass gas as loudly as possible in their direction. this usually leads quickly to E. or after a long throat-grinding warm-up, hock a green one on their back. this usually quickly leads to E. so i guess i'm just E-asy.

First C, but if that doesn't work, I use D, sorta. But I make sure the cashier knows they cut and that it's my turn.
I'm handicapped and have to use a scooter, and people try to walk all over me, but NOW I stick up for myself and don't take that from people ANYMORE!
People assume that all handicapped people are deaf anyway, so I can get away with yelling, if necessary!
