I believe it would be safe to assume that you are tuned into at least three right now.
If you are a three dimensional being living in three dimensional space, then three is all you get to tune yourself into; at least according to physics and mathematics.
(I am talking spatial dimensions. Time and curled up dimensions don't really count.)
If you are talking about spiritually tuning into a reality of more than three dimensions which our universe might be embedded in, then you would need the help of a being with four dimensions or however many a being that exists outside our universe might have. To interact with stuff of x dimensions, a being must have x dimensions.
This is one reason I like Christianity. It makes sense to me that our universe may be a work of art by a four dimensional being with rather extreme qualities like being the source of all good and that beings who have turned their back on the first might be trying to ruin that art... etc. According to this perspective, four dimensional beings besides those under the authority of the creator are evil because they lack His goodness and are thus dangerous.
This may seem kooky but you sound open to the supernatural and I want to warn you that though you could probably interact with beings of more than four dimensions, you should probably choose carefully because compared to you, they would be almost infinitely powerful. Interaction with an evil four dimensional being would be disastrous at best.

Well, you need a tuning knob to start with.
Twiddle the tuning knob and make some tuning noises like "weeeeeeee oooooooooh sssssssshhhhwshwshwwwwshwssssshh weeeee oooooooooooh"
You'll pick up static like this for a while, but once you lock onto a signal, slowly twiddle left and right until you get the exact frequency of the dimension you are tuning into, and hey presto! you've done it!
Hope this helps

I believe that any discussion of any dimension beyond three is purely theoretical; however, time is often and usually accepted as the fourth dimension.
