look there is not only democrats to disagree with the Bush new plan and you know that;;your question is just another provocation against democratic party an usual republican strategy .

I'm against the war because I believe is a bad way to solve the problems howerver in the Iraq case I hope Bush send 400 000 troops and spend another 500 billion dollars or maybe more
to make happy people like you and the lame duck strategy
but I already know many republicans they will find another excuse in order to justify what they did wrong is the democratic party fault it will my the best guess
or maybe they will develop a fake Iraq war victory to cover up
and make once again the America people blind to the truth!!!

I never like politics but now after read many post in this web page
I learn what a fanatic republicans can do and I just hate them!!

I personally was against the Iraq War to start with, I saw no good plan for it then and I still see no good plan for it, But for some reason a Republican President does not know how to end a War.

i believe most people argue against this war because it was built on lies and deceit naturally people disagree with a government when it lies they may not have a new plan because they don't need one to say hey this is wrong.. a plan is pretty simple though! we slowly pull out let these people either choose to become democratic or stay in there fedual age or we can stay there for the next 20 years and turn this into a bankrupting occupation.

I'm an American first...
Second, why didn't we stay on the hunt to smoke ol'Osama out of his hole in and around the Afghan area??? There was no reason to go into Iraq.
Why not let Iraq settle its own business...pull back and have no fly zones again... No matter what Government we set up there it is going to fall...Think about it...If a country invaded us and set up a puppet government...don't you think the patriots here would over throw it?

Several Democrats have laid out alternative plans but you neocons have your heads so far up Bush's butt your ears are plugged up. Stop listening to Limbo ugh and Coulter long enough to get the crap out of your ears and you might pick up something other than the party line. Bush has already made up his mind, he's not listening to anyone else's ideas either. Rebut that.

If Bush's "new" plan is so great, then why is it that the majority of military commanders think it is not workable? Why do prominent Republicans like Oliver North and Chuck Hagel think that it is not workable? Bush keeps saying, "I'll just listen to my generals." But he never does. He just fires the ones who disagree with him.

The majority of Americans think the president's escalation plan is bad. The president is not a king. He represents the American people. He should start actually listening to his military experts and to the American people.

The Democrats and their "lack of plans" as you claim have nothing to do with anything. Bush is the guy who got us all into this mess. Bush is the guy who doesn't listen to facts or anyone else's opinions other than his own. Bush is the Commander-in-Chief, the so called Decider. And he just keeps deciding the wrong thing.

leave Iraq. Mission accomplished, and we will not use our soldiers for nation building. See? I am on Bush's side...when he was sticking to it...And we have tried it 4 times already, but if this is the one, then OK. I am all for trying it. And if and when it fails, I will be all for Bush taking complete responsibliity for his failures, and expect him to step down as commander in chief.

Iraq Study Group was charged with the task of finding a solution, not me. Wish he would have listened to them
EDIT McBob92, I will be waiting for you to hand over all of your money

I've answer this question before, albeit worded differently. Do you actually think that our esteemed President (hic) would actually accept a plan from a Democrat, no matter how good it might be. Get real...

More troops isn't really a new plan. Its just increasing the amount of people doing the same plan. Its like there is a grease fire, and water isn't working to put it out. So they put more water on it.
