Is it normal to have puffy or swollen looking areolas? Also sometime they are a little smaller with white bumps all around them. My nipples are also dark looking sometimes with white spots on them. If anyone knows what this could be,please let me know. Thank You!!!

Also like 2 weeks ago I had white milky stuff come out of my nipple by itself and when I sqeezed it a little, lots more came out. I also gained 4 pounds since a month ago. I was 105 and now Im 109.5.

I know the changes you are going through. Since i got pregnant, my breasts have a mind of their own! Anyway the "bumps" you are describing are sweat glands that become more noticeable when your pregnant. And yes the areolas do become larger and puffier and darker. I am experiencing all of the same things and I am almost 16 weeks pregnant. I noticed the breast changes as soon as I got pregnant. Not to worry, it's so normal during pregnancy. My suggestion is to pick up a book called "What To Expect When You're Expecting" and it will tell you EVERYTHING through EVERY stage of your pregnancy. That is where I got the info about the sweat glands showing on your breasts. It is a wonderful reference guide for every pregnant woman. Hope this helps. :o)

The bumps are sweat glands in your nipples and areolas that become more pronounced during pregnancy. It's kinda gross, I know, but for your nipple area to swell and have bumps is normal during pregnancy. I read it in What to Expect When You're Expecting.

I have the same thing. Not to worry, it's normal.. Just the hormones and mammary glands working. If you would feel better ask your doc next visit.

You are fine. As long as your not in any pain then you ae good. nipples react differntly to different things. Mine change in colors and shapes all the time.
