Organisation here refers to the body that deals with disbursement of credit in small amounts to needy and poor people in the form of cheap loans. A famous example is that of the micro credit organisation in Bangladesh that recently won a world award.
The format of the organisation could be a bank, a cooperative, a company or simply a group of persons. The intention is to reduce the expenses of running the organisation to the minimum without losing controls, so that the cost to the borrower is the least.
