I like white meat, dark meat is squishy. Dark is good mixed with white on sandwiches though, gives it more flavor and the balances out the dryness of the white meat.

white... and now that you touch the subject, how is it that there is dark meat and white meat chicken at the fast food chains... don't all chickens have the same meat? where does the difference come from.

Both, depending on how the turkey is cooked. I really go for the dark meat though.

White turkey meat-- one of the few good tasting things that is also good for you! The stuffing is a must, as well.
