No. Waxing however can lead to ingrown hair.
Shaving gives the apperance of stimulated hair growth because it makes all the hair in a given area a uniform length. It does not actually stimulate hair growth, this is a common misconception.
Laser Hair Reduction (not removal) is way to harsh on the skin for someone your age (or any age for that matter). Is very painful (way more than Electrolysis) and does not work.
Electrolysis is the only method of hair removal allowed by the FDA to say "Permanent Hair Removal". When performed by a compentent Electrologist is very comfortable and truely permanent.

No the they will not. However, you should go to a professional aesthetician for the best results. The wax strip needs to be pulled opposite the hair growth pattern and in one application on each side to avoid irritating your skin.

i do that to..... i wax my eyebrows. they will grow back prickly, but you can pluck them, but youll need to keep waxing them. if your talking about a mustache, i would recomend that you try bleaching it. thats what i do..

No they won't, if you wax. If you were to shave them, then yes they would.
