Since your mom already found out that you didnt go to school, there is nothing else left to say. just tell her the truth about why you didnt want to go to school, im sure your mom wouldnt be as mad if u lied to her, so the best thing to do is speak truthfully, plus you can earn her trust this way.!

You need to tell her the truth. Why lie? You were mature enough not to go, so deal with the consequences. You play, you pay!

Was it a good reason? If not then tell her you know you were wrong and realize and accept that there were consequences and the worst part is it wasn't even worth it.
