You sound miserable.. what can I do?

Not sure what you did, but you can't keep punishing yourself. You need to "act" on it not dwell on it, but only once you fully understand all the implicatios of your actions. If your sorry, tell the person, if your not, then stop killing yourself and find a way to live with yourself... You sound very serious (moving to LA or Miami) take a deep breath and hold it(okay just wanted to look at your boobs) now seriously... you have to have someone to help you out that you can open up to and vent.. :(

Fight with my wife, or romance with wife.
Go for a walk (exercise).
Take a cold shower.
Punch a Punching Bag.
Take a good, long crap.
Watch a violent movie.
Drink large quantities of hard alcohol and get in a fight.
Do Sit Ups.
Bang my Head against a wall.

Have a cup of tea,exercise turn the stress into a positive,listen to music....you can even find the right song for your situation and relate to it and by all means relax

I clean. Anything and everything in sight that can be cleaned gets cleaned when I'm mad about something.
It helps me work of the stress and when I'm done, I'm usually too tried to be mad anymore or I've thought things through enough to calm down.

Well, if there is anything near me the first thing I do is hit something if I am really mad. After that I usually turn on some really loud music and surprisingly, it relaxes me.

i like to go out in the woods and kill things, bunnies, bambi, birds, anything that starts with b. then i come home and play frisbee with my cats. sometimes it helps to call one of my 5 ex-wives and let her start an arguement and win. then i like to get on y! answers and help people. although, some days i just escape with a good book and whiskey. does this help?

Walk (and walk) it off until I'm cooled down and de-stressed. I try to say or do nothing until I do that first.

I tend to sleep a lot or eat a lot. I have not been that way in awhile but I know in the fall when I move and go to a bigger Univ. it will!
