enabling javascript?

in a previous question i asked how to enable it i followed instructions to go into internet explorer etc, and it still is not working please someone help, its driving me crazy.

did you consider the possibility that you have javascript enabled already?

and some dumb site (maybe youtube???) tells you a lie?????

Internet OPTIONS advanced scroll down to see jave script enable tick the box enabled click apply.
