My parants are deceased, how can I get my name on the house?

ME AND MY SIBLINGS ARE THE HEIRS OF THE HOME AND THERE IS NO MORTAGE COMPANY HOLDING THE NOTE. WILL WE HAVE TO PROBATE THIS OR WILL A AFFIDAVITE OF HEIRSHIP DO?

Unless the house was in a trust, it will go through probate.

Depends on the state you are living in. Probably need to see an atty in any case to make sure the transfer is legal and the estates are legally closed. Can always call the county clerks office and see what they suggest.
