It's table salt'.They're only deadly when they are in their pure form. Once they form the ionic bonds, the tendency for them to react violently doesn't exist anymore.

NaCl, other salt of sodium and potassium (like MSG)
KCl, NaHCO3, etc.

KI - from fish (salt water) too much is toxic

only ones I can think of that we eat
