ICE COLD RUNNING WATER!!! if for your hand(s), but the rest of your body, probably put ice in an ziploc bag and put a paper towel over it, then put on the burned area. Do not put ice directly on skin.

Good luck!

A pack of ice is a dead lock, always works for me.
Then there is always Aloe Vera...wait you took that out, but anyway, a pack of ice is what is the best for effective relief and healing.

cold water first to reduce swelling and that's about it. It may eventually show a blister but basically just keep it clean and dry.
