I remember the Get-A-Long Gang somewhat well. I only remember two characters from the show. Montgomery the Moose was the leader and then there was Dottie, the cheerleader. They should show those cartoons again on Cartoon Network or The Boom Channel! We don't need to see any of these new school cartoons that come out today! The ones coming up under my generation (i was born in 1978) don't even have a solid foundation of what it means to really be a kid! You can quote me on this! I remember when Saturday morning cartoons made your whole weekend and we used to love going outside to play! I miss those days! When 12:00 PM hit on Saturday, you knew the fun was over for that day.

Let's not forget cartoons like The Wuzzles, Smurfs, Alvin and the Chipmunks, The Flintsone Kids, The Gummi Bears, The Care Bears, Punky Brewster, The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show, He-Man and She-Ra, ThunderCats and SilverHawks. The last four i named weren't Saturday morning, but they made you smile when you came home from school and found them on the screen!

Shirt tales were cool! Bring that back too!
