There are no hotels that I know of in the immediate vicinity of the hospital. The VA hospital is part of the complex that includes University Hospital and Rose Medical Center. It's a fairly large complex.
However, if you'll have access to transportation, the downtown area isn't very far away. You should have no trouble finding a decent hotel that's inexpensive.
If you're looking for truly "cheap", Colfax Avenue is about 5 blocks away and there's lots of places available there.

right it fairly is a catalogue of Oahu resorts so which you may use to learn lodge costs, lodge rankings, etc... i'm not sure if any are as low as $seventy 5/day, yet there are some quite much less extreme priced ones I observed.
