i'm going on a cruise in 3 weeks and i decide to buy a binki for the first time. My mom said i am not skinny enough for a binki but my friends say i look fine. I on the skinny side but not super skinny and i guess my stomach stick out a little.

number 1, i would love to be your size...i'm not fat, just "full" but, no, you don't have to be super skinny. just make sure the bikini is form flattering. when i wear them, i usually buy them cut a little higher up, and i like a skirt on mine. but that's me. who cares what others think as long as your comfortable?

There are different body types, so a certain height and weight combo might be okay for some and not for others when it comes to something like a bikini. But I think 5'6 and 120 would probably be okay. It's up to you. I personally wouldn't wear one if I were overweight, but I don't think one needs to be super skinny to wear a bikini. If your friends are the type that would tell you the truth rather than just telling you what you want to hear and if they say you look fine, then go for it.

WOW. Your mom is psychologically screwing you. No offense to her, but my mom did the same thing as I was growing up and I was the perfect weight but now I'm insecure about my body image and even have an eating disorder. For your height and weight you are very skinny!!! I hope not like emaciated skinned, that's of course unhealthy. But you will look beautiful in any kind of swimsuit you wear. Regardless of weight, the trick to looking sexy is ALL about confidence. Girl, you've got it, so flaunt it. Strut around on that cruise like you know you're hot, and everyone, I mean everyone, will agree. Just be for warned though--- you're gonna have to beat the boys off with a stick!!! :) Have fun!!!

It partially depends on your build and age. If you're 14, then a bikini may attract attention that makes your parents uneasy. If you have a cup breasts or a protruding stomach, then the bikini may be unflattering.
I don't know your build so I can't judge your body by your weight. Keep your fat at around 14-18 percent. Keeping extra weight on your body only slows you down.

You are beautiful inside and people will see that wen you walk over the beach even if you are for example a size 20. Wen you feel good inside you will glow from the outside.
Wear a bikini wen ever and where ever you want but don't be tarty and be proud of yourself

No, there are bikinis for all different shapes and sizes. If you want to disguise a tummy, you can try a tankini instead, they are very flattering.
Anyway, at 120lb and 5ft6, you are definitely skinny enough, your mum sounds overly critical, just ignore her and you do what makes you happy.

you ought to be an absolute stick with a view to tug off the super skinny denims look. otherwise evidently kinda dorky (no offense to those that still positioned on them) once you advise saggy pants, do you advise boy pants or do you advise flare leg? i think of that tighter on precise denims with a lifelike great flare might look ok on a 34.

well youre underweight by 10 pounds. At 5'6 normal weight would be about 130 pounds. but its good to lean a little towards skinny don't you think? so you're fine. go for it. just suck in your stomach a bit.

skinny is relative, from what i gather bikini's are equal opportunity. Do you have the confidence to wear a bikini? If so do it! if not work on your confidence
