I need help finding a free clinic of some sort in Chicago Because i have a lump growing in my breast.?

I have been to Two Hospitals and they are trying to send me to specialists but I don't have insurance so I cant even make an appointment. Is Cook County Hospital going to do the same? Should I go there? Is there A Women's clinic that is free or self pay? I am really freaking out because the lump keeps growing.
