if u were caught shopliftin i doubt you'd be paying a bill right now..

i guess cos u havent got the bill u have gotten away with it..

or u could phone the shop u lifted from ask them to speak to the hr manager and explain that you are waiting for the bill

I didn't know they billed shoplifters, I thought you either got charged (arrested) or you didn't...
