White vinegar. Use a spray bottle or cloth soaked in white vinegar on the stains and then launder using a cup of white vinegar in the rinse water. It will break the salt down and remove the residue without damaging the garment.

Rinse with cold water, salt is very soluble. If the fabric can take warm water, it will work faster.

Let the water run from the top down, starting above the stains. This way it is less likely to wick back up the cloth.

Bring it to a local cleaner (mid to high end). As if they pre spot and steam spot, befor cleaning. Show them the salt spots, ANY good cleaner can get these out

If the cloth is washable, use warm water to wash the salt away. Otherwise try to blot with a damp cloth.

mix vinegar and water evenly (example 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup vinegar) and dab on with a towel. blot with cool water and dry.

you could also try a calcium neutralizer product ( shoe stores carry this). if it doesn't work immediately, let it dry, spritz some water on the stains and reapply the neutralizer.

hope it helps.
