I have 3 friends with that problem, They say it is alergy (must of the time with vodka).
Don't happen to them that often but they say that when they were younger the alergy was worse, but now their body are more use to the alcohol.

i got the same problem, but it happens too when i run or make any kind of exercise, i don' know what to do but its very annoying
