I've been offered a job as a spa attendant in a prestigious hotel just out of London.It's a live in position.I live in Italy and don't know weather get the chance or not.

You sound young and unattached to have this opprotunity. Go for it. It is like an excange student thing, commit to it for a year and then decide if the UK is the place for you.
I think for permanent I'd keep italy, but enjoy the opprotunity for change while you can.

Coming from a person who turned down a move to France with a large tiling firm when i was 18 this my Friend is an opportunity not to be missed, i really regret not going. 11 years on and it still grieves me. i am happy now with my wife and children but its something i will never experience. your very lucky to have this opportunity DONT WASTE IT !!!!!!! and good luck

I say take it. whats the worse thing that can happen? You will hate it? That's a lesson learn. You might just love it and want to stay.

I think it is worth a try, if it does not work out you can try something else. If it does work out then great.
You could be wondering "what if" if you do not take it. You will have lived abroad too and experienced another culture which is exciting.
