start them off on some damp kitchen roll, cover with a plastic container and place in a warm and bright place. seeds will start to shoot in about a week or two then transfer to pots when a couple of leaves are visible. re-dampen kitchen roll in the meantime when necessary.

just put them in soil, water them and make sure they get plenty of sunshine. keep them warm and indoors during the winter months with a grow light over them (can be purchased at any store in the plant section). when i was younger a friend of mine grew them in his closet with a grow light and his mother watered them every day because she didn't know what they were. a plant called a 'false aralia' (sp?) looks almost exactly like them excepts its a little darker and she thought that what this was.

Well i don't know jack about cannabis -- BUT with my flower seeds i put them in a damp paper towel placed inside a zipper baggie until they sprout - then plant them in soil. Takes 3-4 days to sprout in baggie.

Put the seeds onto a wet paper towel and fold it, then put in a plastic baggy, seal, and put by a window sill. Keep checking on them everyday, they sprout quicly.
Keep them growing, keeping the towel damn. When their root system developes, you put them in a pot or tank and seal it, with a flourescent light on top.
This is illegal, and why am I telling you. DONT GET CAUGHT

Put them on moist kitchen roll and put it into an empty plastic tub, eg. margarine tub, with a few small holes punched through the top and into a dark warm place, eg. airing cupboard.
Check them each day and keep the kitchen roll moist.
When each shoot is about 5-10mm out put it in soil with the shoot pointing up and just showing over the soil.
Er.....someone once told me....

I don't know how you do it, but I would place the seed s between paper towels, moisten them, set them in a warm dark place to sprout, the carefully place the sprouted seeds in moist warm soil to grow.
