That does my head in - I had this happen to me so I ended up buying my own pans/cutlery/utensils/plates etc and kept them in my room so they were always clean when I wanted them. It annoyed the others no end, but it annoyed me more when I had to clean stuff twice every time I wanted to use it - before I cooked and then again afterwards.
If they want the cleaner to start cleaning again then they should get off their lazy arses and help out round the house - she's a cleaner, not a slave!!!

Living together in a group like this, is not at all easy .
Some of you are considerably better, domestically orientated than others .
Some ground rules need to be laid down ,
to reduce annoyance and stress ,
and to help you all ,live happily ,as you study !
eg;
PLAN A-------
any utensils used for cooking,
( that includes crockery and cutlery )
must be cleaned up ,
by the person that uses them ---( as you do)
and put away, for the next person to use .
or
PLAN B== (If planA is not working ,)
you could buy yourself, a couple of pans. etc .
( or Mum, will lend you some spares ,when next you visit home )
lock them away in your room, solely for your own use.
Rubbish should be bagged, and disposed of as required , not left to others to clear up , That is every- bodies responsibility .
Always keep on the right side of the cleaner ,
A good cleaner, is worth her weight in gold !!
If you still get, insurmountable problems ,
consult your University / Collage union rep .
For help ,with some better ideas .
Good luck with your studies !

Everyone needs to clean what they use. If one person is cooking for all the others, the other people in the house should pitch in. Also, fire your housekeeper. I have a housecleaning job and cleaning the kitchen and taking out the trash is part of what I get paid for, along with doing laundry.

I think it's time you bought yourself a set of pans that you can use, clean then keep in your room. This way no one else can use them and you can not get blamed for creating dirty pans in the kitchen..
Either that or move out.
