Virus Scan the iPod with your antivirus..... and Remember to scan EVERYTHING you download before use....
for the sake of 2 seconds scanning, can save you untold Hassle.. regards

I bet it could have. If cell phones can get viruses anything could. I would stay away from downloading music if I were you... any peer-to-peer program is dubious.
