i really like both! unusual names are always nice, unless its like fifi trixie bell (bob geldof's daughter) i have an unsual name and sometimes i wish it were more common, but very little of the time

I think Amaya is really pretty, but I always remember the crazy girl from Real World when I hear it. But it's easy to pronounce and you say it pretty much like it looks...which is always a plus with unusual names. I actually know an Amaya, who has alternately preferred being called Amy and Maya.
Natanja (Na-tanya?) is a little more difficult to pronounce and doesn't seem to flow well, and people will have a hard time both saying it and spelling it. But you could call her "Nat" or "Tanya" as a nickname.

Natanja reminds me too much of Ninja. Not only that, it has to be one of the strangest names I have ever heard..and I have heard quite a lot. Amaya is softer, and more feminine, I actually really like it...I would DEFINATELY use that instead of Ninja.

Amaya is better, why not try "Natalia" if you want to keep that "ya" sound.
