It's a Jabra A320s bluetooth stereo USB adaptor. I can bluetooth pictures and songs to my other freinds who have Cingular, but not to the one who has Verizon. Anybody know how to send it?

You can't.
Most if not all Verizon phones are LOCKED out of file transfer via bluetooth.

gkk_72 is correct,
Verizon Wireless took the liberty of locking or more accurately restricting the functionality of all of their Bluetooth devices for their customer's "Security". There is no "unlock" for this, the only way to get past this is to have the phone "Flashed" and then "hacking" the Bluetooth settings. Sadly I was a VZW customer and found this all out the hard way.
