anything your body will let you. Seriously crackers work well but I also found that if I wasn't feeling well that I could eat pretty much anything that I was craving but if I wasn't craving it it came back up. I hope that helps.

I found that eating some crackers before I got out of bed in the morning helped me. I would also recommend toast, chicken noodle soup. Eat when you feel hungry, and take half of your prenatal vits in the morning and half at night. The whole tablet made me naseous.
For more tips and to talk to other woman live like msn I go to www.babycenter.com. Here you can sign up to get weekly newsletters full of info on you and baby. It tells you what to expect with you and what your baby is doing this week etc. The best thing though is that you can share your thoughts and feelings with other woman that are experiencing similar things at similar gestations that you are currently in.
Good Luck.

When you have an upset stomach, you can follow the BRAT diet. It's bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. This is what my son's pediatrician used to tell me. I've also heard that if you are nauseous from morning sickness, you can eat protein to make it go away, so a little bit of cheese will help. I don't know what's causing your nausea, so I'm just trying to think... Also if you have a stomach virus, and you don't feel hungry, don't eat. Sometimes eating will just upset the lining of the stomach. If you're really hungry, eat very, very small portions and take just a little bit of water every few minutes or so to keep from dehydrating. Feel better.

Crackers, obviously a well known remedy. Ginger is known to help nausea. Get take out Chinese, something mild like chicken and broccoli, and ask for extra, extra ginger. Also, eat lots of small meals and keep snacks (crackers, cookies) nearby to ward off nausea.

Not a whole lot helps for me but the least offensive food seems to be saltine crakers with either water or sprite. After that I just try to keep it somewhat bland. Try not to go too long without eating something or it gets even worse!

I agree with going with whatever your body is telling you to eat. The crackers never worked for me, they made me gag. Gingerale and gingersnap cookies usually worked. I ate a lot of fruit and fresh vegetables when I was really nauseous simply because that's what I was craving. Good luck.

Anything relativley bland, like crackers, toast, bananas...I also found that drinking a cup of ginger tea really helped the first month or so.

Saltines, Ginger ale, and chicken soup. Ginger has properties of anti- nauseous and I think that chicken soup helps with sodium levels.

A coke slurpy from your local 7-11 or mini-mart. Always worked for me.
